Marion H. Elio, age 95, of Shelton, and formerly of Milford beloved wife of the late Joseph Elio, passed away on January 28, 2022. St. Patricks Day was a favorite holiday and she made sure everyone celebrated and wore green. He was known for his ability to create anything out of a piece of wood. Throughout her life she enjoyed playing Bingo with her friends. Annamae Rhodes Maturo, age 101, of Milford, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Milford Health Care center. Visiting his homeland of Greece annually was something he was sure to make time for. Her three (3) surviving children include Todd Jackson and his spouse Tami, Tracy Jackson Creller and her husband Craig; and Eric Jackson and his spouse Melissa, and many grandchildren and nieces and nephews. His favorite holiday was Christmas, and Santa Clause. Jeff always had a smile on his face and was truly an inspiration for all who knew him. Hundreds of favorite books lined the shelves of her home, and her meticulous penmanship and crafty vocabulary were visible on research papers, personal letters, and holiday cards alike.
